Our barcode system helps eliminate human error, speeds up the check out process and helps us give sales updates throughout the sale to our consignors. A barcode label is required on every price card attached to merchandise. We will not be able to sell your item without a barcode. Before barcodes, you must register as a consignor for the current sale. Please remember that both NEW CONSIGNORS and RETURNING CONSIGNORS must register prior to each sale.
You may either print your barcodes at home using our specifications OR bring a list at our barcode pickups to have us print your barcodes for you.

PRINT YOUR OWN BARCODES
FIRST, make sure you are registered for our current sale—you must be registered to print barcodes.
Next, make sure you have Avery Labels that are 1" tall x 2 5/8" wide. This is Avery label template #5160. There are 30 labels per sheet.
Also, make sure you have Adobe Acrobat Reader (free software) Installed on your computer to view and print from.
Now, you will enter your barcodes just as you always have! Click on the link to the right to get started.
Once you submit your order, the system will present you with a screen telling you your barcode batch # (order number) and will display a link you can click to view and print the .pdf file of their barcodes.
Once you click the link to display your barcodes, you can print them at that time, or you can also save the file to print later (or even take the file somewhere else for printing, such as office depot or a print shop, etc).
The barcodes are not all centered correctly on the Avery labels. When the consignor goes to print the barcode .pdf file, after they click PRINT, a Print Options screen will come up. On that screen is an option for SCALING. It should be set to NONE. If it is set to anything else, then you are telling adobe that it can shift the printing if it wants to. If adobe shifts the printing, it may cause the barcodes not to line up correctly on the labels.
